I stand with the Ohio Consumers Power Alliance and its mission to elevate the consumer voice in the debate over Ohio’s energy future. I am opposed to bailing out Ohio’s old, uneconomical nuclear plants by assessing a fee from every electric consumer in Ohio.

Diversifying Ohio’s energy portfolio will keep electric rates low, increase job growth, and move Ohio forward rather than dipping into the pockets of Ohio ratepayers like me to cover FirstEnergy’s bill with no end in sight.
